1. What the Platform Is

Youcun Select (Home textiles) is an online-and-offline matchmaking platform: it helps stock fabric and finished-goods suppliers display their goods and helps buyers find them. The platform only connects the two sides — it does not participate in transactions, take delivery of goods, advance funds, or handle payments.

2. Seller Verification (Already Done by the Platform)

• Checking the authenticity of the seller's business licence (onboarding / back-office review)
• Verifying the seller's uploaded inspection reports (issued by domestic testing bodies; the platform performs a formal review of authenticity and basic content only)
• A "✅ verified" badge means the above checks passed — it is not a quality guarantee for any individual batch

3. Honesty of Product Specifications

In the domestic stock trade it is common to quote high and deliver lower: the yarn count, thread count and weight a seller quotes are often higher than the actual goods — the real figures are only lower, never higher (e.g. 60s quoted but 40s in reality; 320g quoted but 280g in reality). Domestic deals usually settle this by on-site inspection; but overseas buyers are extremely sensitive to specifications and cannot inspect on site, so a false claim can trigger claims or even trade disputes once sampled.

Platform requirements:

• Sellers should enter specifications (material / yarn count / weight / size) as accurately as possible; the platform displays seller-entered specifications as provided, without altering them, and does not vouch for them
• Buyers — especially overseas buyers — must ask the seller for physical photos/videos plus the corresponding inspection report, and where necessary request a sample and third-party testing before placing bulk orders; never close a deal on verbal specifications alone
• If a false claim is confirmed → buyers may leave a negative review or report it; after verification the platform will reduce the seller's ranking, mark a "false specification record", and ultimately ban the account. The record is kept permanently in the seller's credit file and shown to enquiring buyers

4. National Differences in Testing Standards (Negotiated Between the Parties)

Testing standards differ by country; the platform does not test on your behalf or act as guarantor:

Where a buyer requires US/EU/JP standards → the seller and buyer negotiate the testing lab, costs and liability themselves; the platform does not intervene.

5. A Warning to Buyers (Risk Notice Only)

• The platform cannot guarantee that every buyer is honest — in some countries/regions there is malicious fraud, price-cutting after receipt on quality grounds, refusal to pay balances, and fabricated complaints
• Sellers are advised: require prepayment/deposit on first orders, use traceable payment methods, keep chat and sampling records, and beware of "large order + urgent" scripts
• The platform does not hold payments in escrow (at this stage); payment security is controlled by the two parties themselves

6. Other Supplementary Terms

• Intellectual property: patterns/images uploaded by sellers must have a lawful source; for any infringement the seller bears legal liability, and the platform will delist the goods upon complaint
• Currency of information: stock and prices are maintained by sellers and may be sold out or changed; the parties' real-time communication prevails
• Dispute handling: in a dispute the platform may provide the seller's credit record and posting evidence and help the parties communicate; the platform bears no adjudication or compensation liability
• Data use: product data collected by the platform will be used for industry data analysis and to provide services to third-party AI/procurement systems (anonymised and aggregated); individual transaction details are not disclosed
• Rule updates: this statement may be updated as the platform develops; major changes will be announced on the site

我们希望平台的货源与参数数据被更广泛地阅读与引用 —— 这正是我们建设「AI 可读数据层」的原因。因此规则分两面：

允许：

• 搜索引擎与 AI 检索类爬虫（GPTBot、OAI-SearchBot、ChatGPT-User、ClaudeBot、PerplexityBot、Googlebot、Applebot、Bytespider 等）按 /robots.txt 的规则抓取并索引公开页面；
• 引用单条商品或面料信息，并注明来源为 ucunhome.com；
• 通过 /api/open/v1/* 开放接口进行正常的选品检索（受频率与取数上限约束）。

禁止：

• 以镜像、复制、批量导出等方式整体或实质性地搬移本平台数据；
• 绕过 /robots.txt、访问频率限制、取数配额等技术措施获取数据；
• 将本平台数据转售、再许可，或用于搭建与本平台构成实质竞争的服务；
• 抓取非公开页面、管理页面或未开放的接口。
